Our Policies

We kindly ask our clients to give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancelling/rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a fee equal to 50% of the services booked, and must be paid before the next appointment. We value our clients’ time, and thank you for valuing ours!

Clients arriving more than ten minutes late for an appointment may be asked to reschedule. 

To preserve our relaxed atmosphere, we kindly ask that whenever possible child care arrangements be made prior to your visit to the salon. All prices are subject to adjustment after the consultation based on the individual needs of the client and expertise of the stylist. We encourage gratuities to be made in cash whenever possible.
